Shout out to all those at One Las Vegas and Juhl for working so diligently to help keep both condominium communities clean and as safe as possible during the COVID-19 pandemic. From maintenance and cleaning crews to security guards and concierge personnel – and many more – we are all wearing our masks. And we are spending hours meticulously, frequently and carefully cleansing and disinfecting common areas like lobbies, elevators, pool deck areas, fitness areas and social spaces.
And, of course, thank you to all One Las Vegas and Juhl residents who are doing their part in helping to keep their neighbors and community staff safe.
Throughout these unprecedented times, the One Las Vegas and Juhl management team is committed to keeping its residents and staff as safe and comfortable as possible. We’re listening to the experts and following CDC guidelines for using hospital-grade disinfectants to frequently clean common areas. Plus, we are following Nevada Gov. Sisolak’s directives to require masks in all public areas.
In addition to signage throughout each community reminding everyone to keep social distancing, we’ve installed hand sanitizer stations throughout the buildings.
At Juhl you’ll find hand sanitizer stations on every floor by the elevators and plexiglass around the concierge desk. Moreover, Juhl is accepting reservations for its fitness center to limit the number of people utilizing the re-positioned and appropriately spaced equipment. And, while Juhl’s pool deck is currently closed, there are a limited number of chaise lounge chairs that are spaced to allow for social distancing.
It’s been said over and over again, but bears repeating – we’re all in this together and together we will get through this!
