In fact, demand for Juhl condo-homes has been so strong that the community recently announced that it has fewer than 100 residences remaining for purchase.

According to Uri Vaknin, a partner of KRE Capital, LLC, whose company, DK Las Vegas, owns Juhl, buyers are attracted to Juhl’s affordability, inspired by its flexible floorplans and enhanced by its luxury amenities. Juhl condo homes range from the mid-$200s to $800s and feature 700 to 1996 square feet of living space offering floor-to-ceiling glass windows, private balconies, 10-foot ceilings, modern kitchens, upgraded fixtures and energy-efficient design and details.

Juhl residents also have access to its luxury amenities including full-service concierge and dry cleaning, a two-story fitness center with pool and Strip views, resort pool with cabanas, spa and fire pit, 10th floor vino deck with Strip views, co-op working lounge, alfresco movie theater, private pet walk, summer kitchens and grilling stations, 24-hour security and electric car charging stations.
